QUEZON — 2 ang napaulat na namatay habang 35 ang sugatan ng mahulog ang isang bus ng DLTBCo.na may body number 1223 sa bangin bahagi ng Sitio Upper Sapinit,Barangay Silangang Malicboy bayan ng Pagbilao Lunes ng gabi Abril 20, 2026.
Base sa report ng Pagbilao PNP,may sakay na 41 katao ang bus kasama na ang driver at konduktor na nanggaling ng Bicol at patungong sana ng Maynila ng maganap ang aksidente.
Ayon sa report dakong alas 8:00 ng gabi habang tinatahak ng bus ang kahabaan ng maharlika highway sa nasabing lugar ng mawalan umano ng kontrol ang bus at dire-diretso itong nahulog sa bangin.
Agad namang naitawag ng mga residenteng malapit sa pinangyarihan ng aksidente sa mga awtoridad,at nagresponde ang Pagbilao MDRRMO Rescue,mga rescue volunteer at BFP.
Dahil madilim sa lugar ng aksidente pahirapan na makuha kaagad ng mga awtoridad ang mga pasaherong sakay ng naturang bus.
Ang mga pasaherong sugatan ay kaagad na dinala sa ospital sa Lucena City,habang ang dalawang nasawi ay nasa puneraria.
Patuloy pa ang isinasagawang imbestigasyon ng pulisya upang matukoy ang tunay na dahilan ng malagim na aksidente.
