QUEZON — Arestado ang dalawang suspek sa pagiingat ng iligal na droga, iligal na baril at bala sa isinagawang search warrant operation sa dalawang magkahiwalay na lugar na pinangunahan ng Quezon Police Provincial Office sa pamumuno ni Provincial Director PCOL Romulo Albacea kasama ang Tayabas Component City Police Station at Dolores Municipal Police Station search warrant operation Matagumpay na naipatupad ng Quezon Police Provincial Office (QPPO), sa pamamagitan ng Tayabas Component City Police Station (CCPS) at Dolores Municipal Police Station.
Sa Tayabas City, naaresto si alyas Catalino, 58 anyos matapos ipatupad ng mga operatiba ng Tayabas CPS ang Search Warrant para sa paglabag sa RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 at Republic Act No. 10591 Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
Nakumpiska kay alyas Catalino ang humigit-kumulang 6.0 gramo ng pinaghihinalaang shabu na may Standard Drug Price (SDP) na 40,800.00 pesos at tinatayang street value na 122,400.00.pesos narekober din ang isang (1) caliber .45 pistol, isang (1) caliber .38 revolver, mga magazine, live ammunition, at iba pang firearm accessories na pawang walang kaukulang legal na dokumento.
Samantala, sa Brgy. Bulakin 1, bayan ng Dolores naaresto naman si alyas Tangloy, 41 anyos na isang Street Level Individual (SLI), matapos ang Search Warrant Operation dahil sa paglabag sa RA 10591 at RA 9165 nakuha sa pagiingat nito ang isang (1) Taurus caliber .45 pistol, isang (1) improvised 12-gauge shotgun, magazine, pitong (7) live ammunition ng caliber .45, at 3.04 gramo ng pinaghihinalaang shabu na may Standard Drug Price na 20,672.00 pesos.
Ang parehong operasyon ay isinagawa sa maayos at mapayapang pamamaraan, alinsunod sa police operational procedures, sa presensya ng mga opisyal ng barangay at media representatives bilang mga kinakailangang saksi,ang mga narekiber na mga ebidensya ay isinailalim sa tamang dokumentasyon at imbentaryo, habang ang mga suspek ay nasa kustodiya at nakakulong sa mga nabanggit na istasyon ng pulisya.
Pinuri ni PCOL ROMULO A ALBACEA, Provincial Director ng Quezon PPO, ang mga pulis operatiba sa matagumpay na pagsasagawa ng magkahiwalay na operasyon at muling iginiit ang matatag na kampanya ng QPPO laban sa ilegal na droga at mga loose firearms.
