Mayor Ross Rizal Highlights Taxpayers’ Role in Bucal Barangay Hall Project

**CALAMBA CITY, Laguna** — The City Government of Calamba has inaugurated the newly constructed Barangay Hall of Bucal, providing residents with a new facility designed to support public service delivery and local governance.

The blessing and inauguration ceremony marked another infrastructure project under the administration of Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal, aimed at providing communities with facilities that can better serve the needs of their constituents.

Mayor Rizal described the new facility as a symbol of hope and a new home for public service in Barangay Bucal.

“BAGONG TAHANAN, BAGONG PAG-ASA PARA SA BARANGAY BUCAL!”

“Isang bagong tahanan ng serbisyo ang ating pinasinayaan sa pamamagitan ng Blessing and Inauguration ng bagong Barangay Hall ng Bucal mula sa Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Calamba.”

The mayor emphasized that the project reflects the importance of cooperation between the local government and the community, highlighting how public funds are reinvested in projects that benefit residents.

“Ang proyektong ito ay bunga ng pagtutulungan at ng buwis na patuloy na ibinabalik sa mamamayan sa pamamagitan ng mga proyektong kapaki-pakinabang sa bawat Calambeño.”

Mayor Rizal also expressed his gratitude to taxpayers, recognizing their contributions as an essential part of the city’s continued development.

“Maraming salamat sa ating mga taxpaying citizens! Ang inyong mga buwis ay mahalagang bahagi ng patuloy na pag-unlad ng ating lungsod. Patunay ito na ang buwis ng mamamayan ay ibinabalik sa mamamayan.”

The inauguration of the new Barangay Bucal Hall underscores the city government’s continuing efforts to invest in community infrastructure and strengthen the delivery of local government services to Calambeños.
