Ayon sa ulat, nagsagawa ng Anti-illegal drug (buy-bust) operation Ang mga operatiba Ng PPDEU sa Pangunguna ng PPDEU PANG. PPO at PIU PANG.PPO, PIT PANGASINAN RUI-1 at may direct supervision ni PCOL ARBEL C  MERCULLO, Provincial Director, Pangasinan PPO at may Coordination  with PDEA-RO1,SAN FERNANDO CITY LA-UNION  number 1-00-01072026-015. Isang PNP operatiba Ang nagpangap na pusher buyer at nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto ng  suspek na si;

Isang(1)tunay na Limang Daan peso bills na may serial number AV8027490 gamit sa BUY-BUST Money.

Labin-Dalawa(12) pirasong 1000 peso bills with serial number AT071231 gamit sa Boodle Money.

Dalawang(2) pirasong assorted lighter na kulay itim at green.

Isang(1)unit Ng cellular phone kulay itim with a rubber case.

Isang(1) improvised gradual stick.

Isang(1) maliit na plastic box with assorted sticker used as container suspected illegal na Droga.

Isang(1) sling pouch kulay itim used as a container suspected of illegal Drugs.

Isang(1)unit na Yamaha MiO 125 kulay itim at sky-blue na walang plaka.

Isang (1) pirasong improvised plastic straw na naglalaman ng putting butil suspected to be shabu.

Isang (1) pirasong improvised plastic tube tooter na naglalaman Ng putting butil suspected to be shabu.

Isang(1)pirasong transparent plastic sachet na naglalaman Ng putting butil na hinihinalang shabu at Isang(1) Knot tied plastic bag na naglalaman Ng putting butil na hinihinalang shabu na may kabuohang timbang na  humigit kumulang 60 gramo ng shabu na nagkakahalaga Ng Php 408,000.00

Ang suspek ay binasahan Ng kanyang  karapatan at naharap sa kasong Violation of Section 5, 11, 12 of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act code 2002).

Itinangi Ng  suspek na Hindi Siya nagbebenta Ng DROGA.

Sa ngayun ang  suspek ay nasa kustodiya na Ng PPDEU PANG. PPO para sa karagdagang proseso.
