A political storm erupted after Imee Marcos publicly presented a detailed “link analysis” diagram allegedly based on the joint affidavit of 18 individuals who identified themselves as former soldiers.
During the presentation, the senator laid out a network map illustrating individuals and locations purportedly connected to what the affiants described as an organized operation involving the delivery of large sums of money.
The diagram named several high-profile personalities, including Ferdinand Marcos Jr., as among those allegedly identified by the former soldiers as “masterminds.” The chart also included a number of lawmakers who were purportedly recipients of money delivered in suitcases, as well as specific houses and locations where the funds were allegedly dropped off.
According to the materials shown, the link analysis traced connections among political figures, executive aides, security personnel, and other individuals, as well as properties cited in the affidavit. The presentation aimed to visually demonstrate how the alleged network operated and how various personalities were supposedly interconnected.
The explosive claims have yet to be independently verified, and no formal court ruling has been issued regarding the allegations.
Malacañang and the other individuals mentioned in the diagram have not released official responses as of press time.
The development is expected to further intensify political tensions, as calls for transparency and formal investigations continue to mount.
