Isang Matagumpay na buy- bust operation Ang Isinagawa ng Lucena CCPS Intelligence at Station Drug Enforcement Unit katuwang ang Regional Intelligence Unit 4A at PIT-Quezon, sa koordinasyon ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), matapos ang mga beripikadong ulat mula sa komunidad.

Arestado ang isang 48-anyos na lalaki na itinuturing na high-value individual (HVI) matapos mahulihan ng hinihinalang shabu sa isinagawang buy-bust operation ng Lucena Component City Police Station (CCPS) sa Purok 5, Barangay Dalahican, Lungsod ng Lucena, kamakailan.

Kinilala ng pulisya ang suspek sa alyas na “Laloy.” Nakuha sa kanyang pag-iingat ang tinatayang 53 gramo ng hinihinalang shabu na may standard drug price na P360,400 at tinatayang street value na P1,081,200, kabilang ang buy-bust money at iba pang drug paraphernalia.

Itinangi Ng suspek na Hindi sya nagbebenta Ng druga.

Ang suspek ay binasahan Ng kanyang karapatan at naharap sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11, Article II ng Republic Act No. 9165 para sa pagsasampa sa Office of the City Prosecutor ng Lucena.

Kasalukuyang nakakulong ang suspek sa custodial facility ng Lucena CCPS.
