Alamada, Cotabato- On June 28, 2024, personnel of 45SAC, 4SAB, SAF provided tactical support to Alamada Municipal Police Station as the lead unit, together with other PNP units during the service of Search Warrant against an alias “Buloy”.
Atty. Rainera P. Osua, Executive Judge/Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 12th Judicial Region, Branch 28, Poblacion 8 (Bauzon Building), Midsayap, Cotabato issued the Search Warrant No. 24-018 against alias “Buloy” for Illegal Possession of Firearms on June 26, 2024.
During the operation, the operating units successfully arrested the subject and seizure of two caliber 45 pistol colt, two steel magazine, and nine live ammunitions for caliber 45.
Alamada MPS took custody of the arrested person and seized items for documentation for proper disposition.
The operation is a significant achievement of PNP SAF and its partner agencies as it demonstrate their commitment in bringing justice to victims of atrocities and their families. The successful operation is a testament to the effectiveness of inter-agency cooperation and the tireless efforts of the men and women of the Philippine National Police to uphold the law.
