MAJAYJAY, LAGUNA — Nestled at the foot of Mount Banahaw, the municipality of Majayjay is drawing attention as one of Laguna’s picturesque destinations, offering visitors a mix of natural attractions, rich history, cool mountain scenery, and a peaceful provincial atmosphere.

Mayor Amorado said the reclassification reflects the municipality’s continuing development and efforts to strengthen its local economy.

The shift in classification is expected to further highlight Majayjay’s potential for investment, livelihood opportunities, infrastructure development, and tourism growth.
