OFFICIAL CLARIFICATION: DRUG-CLEARED BARANGAYS IN LUCENA CITY

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 4A hereby clarifies the official status of the Lucena City drug-cleared barangays:

32 barangays have been officially declared DRUG-CLEARED and only 1 still remaining barangay is currently undergoing preparations for its formal application to be declared drug-cleared.

The PIO- PDEA Region 4A also wish to clarify that the figure shared during the Kapihan sa PIA-Quezon program was presented as a rough estimate and does not reflect the final, verified official count.

PDEA Regional Office 4A remains fully committed to a transparent, accurate, and complete validation process under the Barangay Drug Clearing Program. We will keep the public updated as soon as the final barangay receives its official declaration.
