CALOOCAN CITY — Isang hinihinalang tulak ng ilegal na droga, na dati nang nakulong sa kaparehong kaso, ang inaresto ng mga operatiba ng Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) ng Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) sa isinagawang buy-bust operation noong Lunes ng gabi, Marso 2, 2026.
Naganap ang operasyon bandang alas-6:12 ng gabi sa Macopa Street, Barangay 178, Caloocan City.

Pinangunahan ang operasyon ni PLT Restie F. Mables, hepe ng SDEU-CCPS, sa ilalim ng direktang superbisyon ni PCOL Joey T. Goforth, OIC ng CCPS Caloocan. Isinagawa ang operasyon na may PDEA pre-operation number 17-00-03022026-013.


Isang operatiba ng pulisya ang nagpanggap na poseur-buyer na nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto ng suspek na kinilalang si “Charlene, alyas “Raquel.”


Nakumpiska mula sa suspek ang sumusunod:
Isang plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu na may timbang na 5.43 gramo at tinatayang nagkakahalaga ng ₱36,924.00 (subject of sale);
Isang plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu na may timbang na 49.07 gramo at may tinatayang street value na ₱331,160.00;
Isang tunay na ₱500 bill at 12 pirasong pekeng ₱1,000 bill na ginamit bilang buy-bust money.
Ayon sa ulat, ang kabuuang timbang ng nakumpiskang hinihinalang shabu ay humigit-kumulang 103.2 gramo na may kabuuang tinatayang halaga na ₱701,760.00.


Kaagad na binasahan ng kanyang karapatan ang suspek at nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5 (Illegal Sale of Dangerous Drugs) at Section 11 (Illegal Possession of Dangerous Drugs), Article II ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.


Mariin namang itinanggi ng suspek ang paratang at iginiit na hindi siya nagbebenta ng ilegal na droga.


Sa kasalukuyan, nasa kustodiya ng SDEU Caloocan ang suspek habang inihahanda ang kaukulang dokumento para sa pagsasampa ng kaso sa piskalya.
