Naaresto ng mga operatiba ng Warrant and Subpoena Section ng Caloocan Police Station katuwang ang Congressional Police Station CCPS 9 ang isang 32-anyos na lalaki na kabilang sa most wanted persons kaugnay ng kasong robbery.

Isinagawa ang matagumpay na pagsisilbi ng warrant of arrest noong Mayo 15, 2026 sa tahanan ng akusado sa Brgy. Bagumbong, Caloocan City, sa ilalim ng direktang superbisyon ni PBGen Benliner L. Capili, District Director ng Northern Police District.

Batay sa ulat, ang warrant of arrest ay inisyu ng Regional Trial Court Branch 12 Manila kaugnay ng kasong robbery, na may inirekomendang piyansang ₱100,000.

Agad na binasahan ng kanyang karapatan ang suspek matapos maaresto at kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Warrant Section habang isinasagawa ang kaukulang legal na proseso.

Samantala, muling pinagtibay ng pamunuan ng NPD ang pagpapatupad ng Six-Point Strategic Program Thrust ni PBGen Capili, na naglalayong palakasin ang inclusive peace, operational excellence, at sustainable institutional development sa hanay ng kapulisan.
