611 PNP personnel of Laguna PPO, Promoted to the next higher Rank

Kampo Heneral Paciano Rizal – Today, 611 PNP personnel of Laguna PPO was newly promoted to the next higher rank during the simultaneously mass oath-taking and donning of ranks conducted Nationwide.

The Laguna Police Provincial Office (PPO), headed by PCOL RANDY GLENN SILVIO, Acting Provincial Director, conducted the mass oath-taking and donning of ranks of 564 Newly Promoted Police Non-Commission Officers today January 10, 2023, at Kampo Heneral Paciano Rizal in Barangay Bagumbayan in Sta Cruz, Laguna, while the 47 Newly Promoted Police Commission Officers from Laguna PPO were join in the mass oath-taking and donning of ranks at Camp Vicente Lim in this the same time and day.

These personnel promoted include nine (9) Police Captain (PCPT) promoted to Police Major (PMAJ), thirty-seven (37) Police Lieutenant (PLT) to PCPT, one (1) Police Executive Master Sergeant (PEMS) to PLT, fifteen (15) Police Chief Master Sergeant (PCMS) to PEMS, twenty-five (25) Police Senior Master Sergeant (PSMS) to PCMS, twenty-seven (27) Police Master Sergeant (PMSg) to PSMS, thirty-six (36) Police Staff Sergeant (PSSg) to PMSg, one hundred fifty one (151) Police Corporal (PCpl) to PSSg, and three hundred ten (310) Patrolman to PCpl.

Police Colonel Randy Glenn G Silvio, Acting Provincial Director, Laguna PPO administered the mass oath-taking, donning and pinning of ranks together with PLTCOL ARMIE S AGBUYA, Deputy Provincial Director for Administration, PLTCOL ELMER L BAO, Deputy Provincial Director for Operation, and PLTCOL AVERIL M PIMO-ON Chief, Personnel and Records Management Unit (PARMU).

In his resounding message, PCOL SILVIO extended his congratulation messages and expressed his appreciation for their well-deserved promotion.

He emphasized the responsibility and accountability that comes in wearing the higher rank insignia as he said, “A challenge in leadership and management comes with new rank insignia. Take it as a motivating factor in giving the community the quality service they deserve.”

He also encouraged them to work with the good discernment as he said, “Pangalagaan natin ang ating serbisyo. Magtrabaho tayo ng tama as wearing this uniform is accepting the responsibilities of public service and trust.” #gtgtalampas
