QUEZON — Arestado sa drug buy bust operation ng mga operatiba ng Intelligence Pagbilao PNP ang isang Street Level Individual sa may Sitio Ilaya, Brgy. Talipan, bayan ng Pagbilao.

Kinilala ang tulak ng droga na si Wilmer Desembrana Pedragosa alyas Pogi/Pipoy, 28 anyos at residente na nabanggit na lugar.

Base sa report matagal ng sinusbaybayan ang naturang suspek dahil sa iligal na pagbebenta nito ng droga, sa buy bust na isinagawa ng mga operatiba nagresulta ng pagkakahuli kay Pedragosa.

Narekober dito ang tatlong heat sealed plastic sachet na naglalaman ng shabu, narekober din ang buy bust money na ginamit ng nagoanggap na pulis bilang poseuer buyer.

Bukod sa pagbebenta ng droga ang suspek ay kilabot din umano ito na magnanakaw ng mga panabong na manok at may mga kaso din ito ng pagnanakaw sa mga kalapit na bayan at lugar.

Kasalukuyang nakakulong sa Pagbilao PNP costudial facility si alyas pogi at sinampahan na ito ng mga kasong paglabag sa Section 5 at Section 11 ng RA 9165, at nakatakda ding sampahan ito ng kasong Qualified Teft ng mga may ari ng manok na panabong na kanyang pinagnakawan.
