Base sa ulat, nagsagawa ng operasyon ang pinagsanib na pwersa ng Antipolo CPS, CIDG RIZAL PFU, PIU RIZAL, 404th A MC RMFB4A, 34SAC/SAB PNP-SAF at PIT RIZAL RIU4A dakong 1:00 PM February 6, 2023 ang akusado sa bisa ng warrant of arrest para sa kasong R.A 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 ay matagumpay na naaresto bandang 5:00PM ng parehong araw sa Pagrai Hills, Brgy Mayamot, Antipolo City, Rizal.
Pinaalalahanan naman ang akusado ng kanyang karapatan at kasalukuyang nakapiit sa CIDG RIZAL PFU Custodial Facility para sa tamang disposisyon at dokumentasyon.
