Nasukol ang dalawang high value individuals (HVI) na suspek sa isinagawang anti ilegal operasyon sa pinagsanib pwersa ng NAIA Drug Interdiction Task Group, PDEA Rizal, Antipolo CPS at RDEU-4A sa Robinson’s Place Terminal, Brgy. Dela Paz, Antipolo City noong Sabado, Pebrero 11, 2023 dakong 3:30 ng hapon.
Kinilala ni Rizal PPO Provincial Director PCOL DOMINIC BACCAY ang dalwang suspek na sina:
Mar Nebre Tugade, alyas Macy Santos, 45 taong gulang, foodcart vendor at taga Brgy. Dalig, Antipolo City at Nathaniel Vince Rey y Valero, 28 taong gulang at taga Mahabang Parang, Angono, Rizal.
Ayon sa ulat, isang parcel na galing sa America ang nakapangalan kay @Macy Santos na naglalaman ng 25 piraso ng transparent white plastic sachet na naglalaman ng Dried Marijuana leaves na may timbang na humigit kumulang 12 kilos at nagkakahalaga ng Php16,817,500. Kasama din sa mga narekober ang mga sumusunod:
350 piraso ng Vape Marijuana Kush Cartridges na may yellowish liquid substance na may timbang na 350mL;
Isang Blue clipboard;
Dalawang (2) Cellular Phones; at
25 pirasong vacuum sealed transparent plastic bag na naglalaman ng assorted T-shirts.
Ang mga narekober na ebidensya ay minarkahan, inimbentaryo at kinuhanan ng litrato sa lugar ng pinangyarihan at nasaksihan ng Barangay official at media sa presensya ng mga suspek. Ang mga suspek at mga ebidensya ay dinala sa PDEA NCR sa Quezon City para sa wastong disposisyon. Nahaharap sa reklamong paglabag sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2022. Ang mga nasabing suspek ay kasalukuyang nakapiit sa PDEA Custodial Facility.
