Mga pasugalan na ginawan ng ordinansa ng mga namumuno sa Barangay ang ginawang legal ang illegal na pasugalan gaya ng BINGO na kamakailan ay hinuli ng kapulisan ngunit ikalawang beses na na dismissed ng Prosecutors?
Ito ay fund raising diumano at pinayagan ng mga inihalal sa katungkulan sa isang bayan ng Laguna.
Ayon sa Local Government Code section 391 para 11,
Ang fund-raising ay pinapayagan sa mga Barangay Projects “Provided, finally, that the said fund-raising activities shall comply with NATIONAL POLICY STANDARDS and REGULATIONS on morals, health, and safety of the persons participating therein.”
Basta naayon pa rin ito sa NATIONAL POLICY STANDARDS.
