Kinilala ni Police Colonel RANDY GLENN G SILVIO, Acting Provincial Director, Laguna PPO ang suspek na si alyas Norman residente ng Cabuyao City.
Sa ulat ni PLTCOL MILANY E MARTIREZ, Hepe ng Calamba City Police Station nagkasa ang mga operatiba ng buy-bust operation kahapon Marso 24, 2023 sa ganap na 4:51 ng hapon sa may Elepaño Subdivison, Brgy. 3, Calamba City, Laguna na nag resulta sa pagka aresto ng suspek matapos magbenta ng illegal na droga sa police poseur buyer kapalit ang buy bust money.
Kumpiskado sa suspek ang tatlong (3) pirasong plastic sachet ng hinihinalang illegal na droga na may timbang na aabot sa 52 gramo at nagkakahalaga ng humigit kumulang Php 353,600.00, isang sling bag na naglalaman ng Php 500.00 narekober naman sa suspek ang buy bust money.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Calamba CPS ang naarestong suspek habang ang mga kumpiskadong ebidensya ay isusumiti sa Crime Laboratory para sa forensic examination at nahaharap ang suspek sa kasong Republic Act 9165 "Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002".
Ayon sa pahayag ni PCOL SILVIO “Ang mga impormasyong ibinibigay ng ating mamamayan ang isang malaking susi sa pagkaka aresto ng mga taong sangkot sa ilegal na droga. Ang inyong pakikipagtulungan ay tungo sa kaayusan, kapayapaan at kaunlaran ng buong Lalalawigan ng Laguna." #gtgmayani
