Kampo Heneral Paciano Rizal – Arestado ang dating leader ng Spin Dedala Drug Group (HVI) sa isinagawang Buy-bust Operation ng San Pedro PNP kahapon Abril 10, 2023.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel RANDY GLENN G SILVIO, Acting Provincial Director, Laguna PPO ang mga suspek na si alyas Crispin at Joan kapwa residente ng San Pedro City, Laguna.
Sa ulat ni PLTCOL ROLLY B LIEGEN, Hepe ng San Pedro CPS nagkasa ang mga operatiba ng buy-bust operation kahapon Abril 10, 2023 sa ganap na 7:14 ng gabi sa V. Vergara St, Brgy. Cuyab, San Pedro City, Laguna na nauwi sa pagkakaaresto sa dalawang suspek matapos magbenta ng hinihinalang illegal na droga sa police poseur buyer kapalit ang buy-bust money.
Nakumpiska sa mga suspek ang limang (5) pirasong plastic sachet ng hinihinalang illegal na droga (shabu) na may timbang na aabot sa 5 gramo na may halagang humigit kumulang Php 52,500.00, isang coin purse na naglalaman ng Php 500.00, narekober din sa mga suspek ang buy-bust money.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng San Pedro CPS ang mga naarestong suspek habang ang mga kumpiskadong ebidensya ay isusumiti sa Crime Laboratory para sa forensic examination at nahaharap ang mga suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002”.
Sa pahayag ni PCOL SILVIO, “Hindi po titigil ang Laguna PNP sa mga operasyon kontra ilegal na droga kaya binabalaan ko ang mga taong sangkot sa pagbebenta at paggamit ng ilegal na droga dito sa Laguna, itigil nyo na dahil tinitiyak ko sa inyo na mananagot kayo sa kamay ng batas kung hindi nyo ito ititigil.” #gtgmayani #LifeIsBeautiful
