Arestado ang isang High Value Individual (HVI) sa isinagawang Buy-Bust Operation ng Santa Cruz Pulis noong Hulyo 11, 2023.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel HAROLD P DEPOSITAR, Officer-in-Charge, Laguna PPO ang suspek na si Alyas Sarah residente ng Pagsanjan, Laguna.
Sa ulat ni PMAJ GABRIEL A UNAY, Hepe ng Santa Cruz Municipal Police Station nagsagawa ang kanilang Drug Enforcement Unit personnel ng Buy-Bust operation noong Hulyo 11, 2023 ganap na 8:30 ng umaga sa Sitio Huwaran, Brgy. Pagsawitan, Santa Cruz, Laguna na nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto ng akusado matapos magbenta ng hinihinalang illegal na droga kapalit ang buy-bust sa police poseur buyer.
Nakumpiska sa suspek ang 2 pirasong plastic sachet na nag lalaman ng hinihinalang illegal na droga na may timbang na 50 gramo na nagkakahalaga ng humigit kumulang Php 340,000.00, isang coin purse na naglalaman ng Php 200.00 narekober naman sa suspek ang buy-bust money.
Kasalukuyang nasa kostudiya ng Santa Cruz MPS ang arestadong suspek na nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa RA 9165 “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002” samantala ang mga kumpiskadong ebidensya ay isusumiti sa Crime Laboratory para sa forensic examination.
Ayon sa pahayag ni PCOL DEPOSITAR “Mas lalo pa namin pag-iigihin ang pagsasagawa ng mga Police Operation para sa ikakadakip ng mga gumagawa ng illegal na gawain dito sa lalawigan ng Laguna, hangad namin ang maayos at mapayapang Lalawigan ng Laguna kaya aming sisikapin at pagbubutihin ang aming paglilingkod sa bayan. #gtgacana
