Joint operatives of PDEA Batangas Provincial Office, PDEA RO IV-A Seaport Interdiction Unit-Batangas and Lian Municipal Police Station arrested the regional target listed (RTL) drug personality during a buy-bust operation leading to the discovery and dismantling of a drug den at Barangay Malaruhatan, Lian, Batangas on February 17, 2024 at 11:20 in the morning.
Operatives arrested Michael Pacencia y Del Rio alias Kiel Delrio, alleged drug den maintainer and RTL, Dominic Baluca y Zacarias alias Monique, and Lloyd Miguel Conrad y Guevarra alias Aloy.
More or less 10 grams of suspected shabu worth Php68,000.00, buy-bust money and various drug paraphernalia were seized from the suspects.
Appropriate charges for violation of Article II of the Republic Act No 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act will be filed against the suspects.
