Arestado ang Most Wanted Persons sa CALABARZON sa manhunt operation ng Bay PNP kahapon Pebrero 28, 2024.
Kinilala ni PCOL GAUVIN MEL Y UNOS, Acting Provincial Director, Laguna Police Provincial Office, ang akusado na si Jayfherson residente ng Bay, Laguna.
Sa ulat ni PMAJ VENESSA E BONCODIN, hepe ng Bay Municipal Police Station, nagkasa ang kanilang warrant personnel ng manhunt operation kahapon Pebrero 28, 2024 sa ganap na 6:20 ng gabi sa Brgy. Tagumpay, Bay, Laguna.
Ikinasa ang manhunt operation sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas ng Regional Trial Court Branch 107 Los Banos, Laguna na nilagdaan naman ni Hon. Rene Deveza Natividad, Presiding Judge, na nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto ni alyas Jhayferson na nahaharap sa kasong 7 counts Qualified Theft na may nirerekomendang pyansa na aabot sa PhP168,000.00. Nakatala ang akusado bilang most wanted person ng CALABARZON.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Bay MPS ang arestadong akusado. Agad namang inimpormahan ang korteng pinagmulan ng Warrant of Arrest sa pagkakaaresto ng mga akusado.
Sa pahayag ni Acting Provincial Director Laguna PPO na si PCOL UNOS “Hindi kame titigil sa pagsasagawa ng mga Police Operation para masakote ang mga nagtatago sa batas para mabigyan ng hustisya ang kanilang mga biktima makakaasa kayo na ang Laguna PNP ay gagampanan ang kanilang sinumpaang tungkulin. #gtgtalampas
