ALAGANG MPT SOUTH: Operation Tuli Brings Medical Service to Hundreds of Children

July 7, 2024 – MPT South has successfully completed a series of “Alagang MPT South: Operation Tuli,” a medical outreach program providing free circumcision for children. This initiative, conducted in collaboration with local government units and partner institutions, is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to community development.

From June 10-26, MPT South organized three events under Operation Tuli, serving a total of 848 children.

**June 10 – Imus City Leg:**
In collaboration with the City Government of Imus through its City Health Office, Office of the Congressman of Cavite 3rd District, and Cavite Naval Hospital, a total of 266 children received free circumcision services.

**June 14 – General Trias City Leg:**
The second event was held in partnership with the City Government of General Trias, its City Health Office, and the Cavite Naval Hospital, benefiting 466 children.

**June 26 – Parañaque City Leg:**
The final leg took place at Bulungan Wet Market in Parañaque, in partnership with the City Government of Parañaque, its City Health Office, Manila Naval Hospital, and the Philippine Nursing Students’ Association, serving 133 children.

Dr. Jonathan Porto Luseco, City Health Officer of General Trias City, expressed his gratitude: “We are confident that through MPT South’s continued effort countless individuals will be able to access this life-changing procedure and associated health benefits. We are truly inspired by the company’s pursuit of improving lives of the communities they serve.”

In addition to their annual medical mission programs, MPT South also conducts Linis Barangay, a cleaning and greening initiative; Drayberks Road Safety Caravan, a road safety education program; and distributes Bayani Ka Road Safety Activity books for children, among other initiatives.
