Long-Awaited Water System Brings Hope and Comfort to Brgy. Puting Lupa

Residents of Brgy. Puting Lupa celebrated a historic milestone as the long-awaited water system project was formally blessed and inaugurated, marking a major step toward a more comfortable and healthier community life.

The newly completed Water System with Overhead Tank Level 3 – 10,000 Gallons is expected to provide families with reliable access to clean and sufficient water for their daily needs, ending years of hardship caused by limited water supply.

Mayor Roseller “Ross” H. Rizal emphasized the importance of the project to the community, saying:
“Sa pamamagitan ng Water System with Overhead Tank Level 3 – 10,000 Gallons, mas marami nang pamilya ang magkakaroon ng access sa malinis at sapat na tubig para sa kanilang pang-araw-araw na pangangailangan. Ang proyektong ito ay hindi lamang imprastraktura—ito ay simbolo ng pag-asa, dignidad, at mas maayos na pamumuhay para sa bawat tahanan sa Puting Lupa.”

He added:
“Matagal man nilang hinintay, ngayon ay unti-unti nang nagiging realidad ang pangarap ng komunidad. Sapagkat ang tunay na serbisyo ay nararamdaman sa mga proyektong direktang nagpapagaan ng buhay ng mamamayan.”

Mayor Rizal also highlighted how unity and compassion helped make the project possible.

“Para sa mga taga-Puting Lupa, ito ay higit pa sa tubig—ito ay patunay na kapag may malasakit at pagkakaisa, may pag-asang dumadaloy para sa lahat.”

The project is seen as a significant investment in public welfare, bringing not only improved water access but also renewed hope for a better quality of life among residents of Brgy. Puting Lupa.
