2nd Infrantry Division Press Corps 8th Year-End Fellowship 2022 at Sierra Madre Officers’ Club

Camp Capinpin, Rizal – The 2 ID Press Corps gathered face to face Christmas Party 2022 after the pandemic.

According to the 2ID Press Corps President Ms. Pau Mojar, “”We are happy that we had a face to face gathering again after two years of unprecedented gatherings,” said Ms. Mojar.

Guest Speaker Gen. Rommel K. Tello PA Assistant Division Commander, 2ID Philippine Army, express his warmest greetings and welcomed to to all media partners across Calabarzon and Mimaro provinces to the home of the Jungle Fighter Division.

For years, 2ID has strived to maintain and strengthen its relationship with the media as part of its efforts in accomplishing its mandate as advocates of peace, servants of the people, and defenders of Southern Tagalog. We in the security sector recognize and respect the media’s vital role in providing a mechanism for public transparency.” General Tello said.

He added that as part of their goal of winning the people’s support, the Division has intensified its civil-military operations, including the aspect of its public affairs. Since its beginning in 2014, the 2ID Defense Press Corps has helped us in disseminating relevant informations pertaining to the improvement of security, including peace and development efforts across the Southern Tagalog Region.

Everyone is happy especially when everyone came from other parts of Calabarzon and Mimaro. There was an exchange of gifts and parlor games and a chance for everyone to take pictures.
