Kampo Heneral Paciano Rizal – Nakumpiska ang hinihinalang shabu na nagkakalahalaga ng one hundred five thousand pesos (PhP 105, 000.00) sa joint drug buy-bust operation sa Pagsanjan, Laguna.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel (PCol) Randy Glenn Silvio ang suspek na si alyas Jayvee, walang trabaho, at residente ng Lumban, Laguna.
Sa ulat ni Police Major Edison Batoctoy Ouano, hepe ng Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) ng Laguna Police Provincial Office (PPO), nagsagawa ang kapulisan ng PDEU at Pagsanjan Municipal Police Station (MPS) ng drug buy-bust operation sa ganap na 6:25 PM ng January 14, 2023, sa Brgy. Sabang, Pagsanjan, Laguna na nagresulta sa pagkaaresto ng suspek matapos itong magbenta ng isang plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu sa isang pulis na nagpanggap na poseur-buyer kapalit ang tatlong libong piso (PhP3,000.00) na buy-bust money.
Kumpiskado sa suspek ang siyam (9) na piraso ng plastic sachets na naglalaman ng hinihinalang shabu na may timbang na 15 gramo at halagang aabot sa PHP102,000.00, three hundred forty-five pesos (PhP345.00) paper bills, isang (1) brown envelope. Narekober din sa suspek ang tatlong libong piso (PhP3,000.00) na buy-bust money.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustudiya ng Pagsanjan MPS ang suspek habang ang ang mga kumpiskadong ebidensiya ay isusumite sa Crime Laboratory para sa forensic examination.
Nahaharap ang suspek sa kasong paglabag sa kasong pagbebenta at pag-iingat ng iligal na droga.
Ayon kay PCol Silvio, “I commend Laguna PDEU and Pagsanjan MPS for this remarkable accomplishment in illegal drugs. Lately, nakapagkumpiska ang Binan CPS ng PhP1 million worth of suspected shabu at ngayon naman ay PhP 102,000.00 worth ng shabu ng PDEU at Pagsanjan MPS.”
“And these are just start ups to bigger and more operations against illegal drugs and criminality. Katuwang ang bawat nagmamalasakit na mga Samahan at indibidwal ng Laguna ay wala tayong uurungan na operasyon laban sa iligal na droga.” Dagdag ni PCol Silvio. #gtgtalampas
