The CSJDM CPS arrested suspect at Brgy.Bagong Buhay 1, CSJDM, Bulacan, for the crime of Lascivious Conduct under Sec 5(b) of RA7610 anti-photo Voyeurism Act of 2009 Sec 4(a), and Sec 4(d) of RA 9995 against the suspect
MARK MATTHEW CALIMLIM y PARAS, 29 y/o, male, Single, a former teacher of a prestigious school located at Brgy Fatima 1, CSJDM, Bulacan. And presently residing at Blk 123, Lot 20, Meteo Gate Subdivision, Brgy Sapang Palay proper, CSJDM, Bulacan.

On Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at about 12:50 PM, Personnel of Warrant Section of this station led by PMSG Darwin S De Castro (lead unit), together with the operatives from with 2nd PMFC Bulacan PPO, 301st MC RMFB 3, 3rd SOU Maritime Group and PHPT, under direct supervision of PLTCOL RONALDO M LUMACTOD JR ACOP-SJDM CPS, served the Warrant of arrest for the crime of “Lascivious Conduct under Sec. 5(B) of RA 7610” docketed under CC# 481-SJDM-2022 with two hundred thousand pesos (Php 200,000.00) bail recommended and for the crime of “Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009 (4(A),4(D) of RA 9995)” docketed under CC# 482 to 483-SJDM-2022 with forty two thousand pesos (Php 42,000.00) bail recommended each case, issued by Hon. Ma Cristina Geronimo Juanson presiding judge of RTC Branch 5-FC CSJDM, Bulacan dated October 5, 2022.

To account the case, accused as a school teacher who has moral ascendancy over his students maliciously text the victim indecent proposal and threatened the helpless victim to failed the victim if she continues to decline his indecent invitation. Herein victim force to meet the suspect and brought the victim in a vacant lot in moldex subd located at Brgy Sapang Palay proper where he raped the victim while recording their sexual act without the consent of the victim, on September 2021 suspect brought again the victim at Forever Rose hotel where the victim raped again by yhe accused and even ordered the victim to send a nude picture of the victim, formal complaint was filed officially by the victim and relatives of the victim in which thw accused went into hiding with the connivance of his family and friends for almost a year until he was caught up by the CSJDM CPS operatives at Sapang Palay teaching in other schools.

PBGEN CEASAR PASIWEN RD-PRO3 added, ” With the number of cases in front of us, we cannot afford to delay. I have made this clear with my men in PRO3; all my directives has always been with a time line and that is NOW. What you can do now, do it and do not wait for any other time”.

Arrested accused is now in the temporary custody of CSJDM-CPS lock up jail for further documentation and prior return of the Warrant of arrest to the issuing court. //(Edjun Mariposque)

Reg the case of MARK MATTHEW CALIMLIM y PARAS.

Please be informed that Mr Calimlim is no longer connected with Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel. He resigned from his post since March 30, 2020.

Please investigate further reg his current employer and correct your article since it brings bad reputation to the College.

Did the crime happened before he reisigned Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel?
