Kinilala ni Police Colonel Randy Glenn G Silvio, Acting Provincial Director, Laguna PPO ang akusado na si alyas John residente ng Calamba City, Laguna.
Ayon sa ulat ng Calamba City Police Station sa pamumuno ni PLTCOL MILANY ELPEDES MARTIREZ, hepe ng Calamba CPS nagkasa sila ng manhunt operation ganap na 4:45 ng hapon Disyembre 13, 2022 sa Brgy. Makiling, Calamba City, Laguna nag resulta sa pagka aresto ng nasabing akusado sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas ni Hon. Jose Ricuerdo P. Flores, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 6, Tanauan City,
Batangas na may petsang Disyembre 12, 2022 nahaharap ang akusado sa kasong Rape na walang pyansang nirekomenda.
Ang arestadong akusado ay kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Calamba CPS samantala ang korteng pinagmulan ng Warrant of Arrest ay iimpormahan sa pagkaaresto ng akusado.
Ayon sa pahayag ni PCOL Silvio “Sa mga impormasyon na binibigay ng ating mga kababayan ay mabilis na natutukoy ng ating mga kapulisan ang pinagtataguan ng mga Wanted Person dito sa Laguna maraming salamat po sa pakikipagtulungan at tiwala sa Laguna PNP.”#gtgtalampas
