Kampo Heneral Paciano Rizal – Arestado ang tatlong (3) personalidad sa magkahiwalay na buy-bust operations ng Calamba Pulis kahapon Pebrero 27, 2023.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel RANDY GLENN G SILVIO, Acting Provincial Director, Laguna PPO ang suspek na si alyas Jayvee, Kevin at Jorge, pawang mga residente ng Calamba City, Laguna.
Sa ulat ni PLtCol MILANY E MARTIREZ, Hepe ng Calamba City Police Station ay nagsagawa sila ng anti-illegal drugs buy-bust operation ganap na 8:59 ng hapon ng Pebrero 27, 2023 sa Acacia St. Brgy. Bucal, Calamba City, Laguna na nagresulta sa pagkaaresto sa mga suspek na sina alyas Jayvee at alyas Kevin matapos magsabwatang magbenta ng ilegal na droga sa mga awtoridad na nagpanggap bilang poseur buyer kapalit ang buy-bust money.
Nakumpiska sa mga suspek ang tatlong (3) pirasong plastic sachet ng hinihinalang ilegal na droga (dried fruiting tops Marijuana) na may timbang na 50 gramo na tinatayang may halagang Php Php 6,000.00, isang (1) piraso ng five-hundred-peso bill buy-bust money at tatlong (3) one-hundred-peso bill na hinihinalang drug money.
Sa hiwalay na anti-illegal drugs buy-bust operation ng PNP Calamba sa ganap na 11:09 ng gabi, Pebrero 27, 2023 sa Purok 2, Sitio Magalang, Brgy. Real, Calamba City, Laguna, arestado naman ang suspek na si alyas Jorge matapos magbenta ng ilegal na droga sa mga awtoridad na nagpanggap bilang poseur buyer kapalit ang buy-bust money.
Nakumpiska kay alyas Jorge ang apat (4) na pirasong plastic sachet ng hinihinalang ilegal na droga (shabu) na may timbang na 1 gramo na tinatayang may halagang Php Php 6,800.00, isang (1) piraso ng five-hundred-peso bill buy-bust money, isang (1) coin purse at taltong (3) one-hundred-peso bill na hinihinalang drug money.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Calamba CPS ang naarestong suspek habang ang mga kumpiskadong ebidensya ay isusumiti sa Crime Laboratory para sa forensic examination, nahaharap ang mga suspek sa kasong R.A 9165 o “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002”.
Ayon sa pahayag ni PCOL SILVIO “Paiigtingin pa ng Laguna PNP ang mga operasyon kontra ilegal na droga. Sama-sama nating puksain ang dulot na panganib ng ipinagbabawal na gamot, sa tulong at kooperasyon ng ating pamayanan.” #gtgmayani
