Base sa ulat ni Batangas Police Provincial Office Provincial Director Police Colonel RAINERIO M DE CHAVEZ kay Police Regional Office CALABARZON Regional Director Police Brigadier General CARLITO M GACES, ang naarestong suspek ay nakilala bilang si alyas Renato, 40 taong gulang at residente ng Brgy. Bagong Pook, Lipa City.
Kasama sa iba pang narekober sa suspek ang ilang mga magazine, mga bala, at sling bag. Kasalukuyang nasa kostudiya na ng mga awtoridad ang suspek. Nahaharap naman siya sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 10591 o “Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act”.
