Arestado ang dalawang indibidwal matapos makuhaan ng mga baril at bala sa magkahiwalay na operasyon ng CIDG RIZAL na naganap sa kahabaan ng Daang Tubo 2, Brgy. Burgos, Rodriguez, Rizal noong ika-31 ng Mayo taong kasalukuyan. Iniulat ni Rizal Police Provincial Director, PCOL DOMINIC L BACCAY kay Calabarzon Regional Director PBGEN CARLITO MALAPIT GACES ang pagkakaaresto sa mga suspek na sina: Bernard Bade y Lao, 52-taong gulang at Jose John Candelario y Tenorio, 54-taong gulang at pawang nakatira sa Rodriguez, Rizal.
Ayon sa ulat, ang pinagsanib na pwersa ng CIDG Rizal PFU, Rodriguez MPS, 404th A MC RMFB 4A, PIT Rizal at RIU 4A ay nagkasa ng operasyon sa bisa ng search warrant ay matagumpay na nakumpiska ang mga ebidensya sa lugar na nabanggit. Mapayapa namang sumuko ang mga suspek sa mga awtoridad at narekober ang mga sumusunod:
Isang (1) yunit ng PARDUS Semi-Automatic 12-Gauge Shotgun na may serial number P18-A80248 (nakumpiska kay Jose John Candelario y Tenorio)
Isang (1) yunit ng Armscor .45 caliber pistol with serial number P1541610 (nakumpiska kay Bernard Bade y Lao)
Gayundin ay nakumpiska ng mga awtoridad ang mga bala, magazines at iba pang accessories nito.
Ang mga nakumpiskang ebidensya ay dinala sa CIDG RIZAL PFU para sa tamang disposisyon para dito. Ang mga suspek ay agad na binasahan ng kanyang mga karapatan at kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng CIDG RIZAL PFU at mahaharap sa kasong paglabag ng Firearms Law o R.A 10591.
Ang pagkakahuli sa mga suspek ay isa sa dulot ng maganda at masigasig na pagtratrabaho ng buong Rizal PNP. Ang kapulisan ng Rizal ay hindi titigil sa pagta trabaho upang mapigilan ang pagaganap ng mga krimen. Sinisiguro ng Rizal PNP na ang mga mamamayan at probinsya ng Rizal ay ligtas mula sa mga ilegal na aktibidad.
