Sa ulat ni PMAJ GABRIEL A UNAY, hepe ng Sta. Cruz Police Station nag sagawa sila ng manhunt Charlie laban sa akusado ganap na 3:17 ng hapon hunyo 6, 2023 sa Sitio Maulawin, Brgy. Santisima Cruz, Santa Cruz, Laguna na nag resulta sa pagkakadakip ng nasabing wanted person na mayroon tatlong standing warrant of arrest sa mga kasong Frustrated Murder na may piyansang nirekomenda halagang Php 200,000.00; Murder, walang piyansa at Service of Sentence naman para sa kasong paglabag sa RA 9165 o “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002″.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Sta. Cruz MPS ang arestadong akusado samantalang iimpormahan naman ang korteng pinagmulan ng Warrant of Arrest sa pagkaaresto ng akusado
Ayon sa pahayag ni PCOL SILVIO, “Hindi hahayaan ng Laguna PNP na maging malaya ang mga taong may pananagutan sa batas katulad ng akusadong nahuli patong-patong ang kaso laban dito at tinitiyak ng kapulisan na mananagot ito sa batas at makakamit ng pamilya lalong-lalo na ang biktima ang hustisya. #gtgacana
