Arestado ang isang Security Guard sa kinasang follow-up operation ng Biñan PNP kahapon Hunyo 11, 2023.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel RANDY GLENN G SILVIO, Acting Provincial Director, Laguna PPO ang suspek na si alyas Perdito residente ng Biñan City, Laguna.
Ayon sa ulat ni PLTCOL VIRGILIO M JOPIA, hepe ng Biñan City Police Station, dumulog sa himpilan nila si alyas Roldan upang ireklamo ang nangyaring panunutok ng baril sa kanya ng dalawang katao kahapon Hunyo 11, 2023 sa ganap na 2:00 ng hapon sa may Brgy Zapote Binan City, Laguna, agad naman nagsagawa ng follow-up operation ang kanilang personnel na nagresulta sa pagkakaresto ng suspek.
Nakumpsika sa suspek ang dalawang (2) unit ng Armscor 202 revolver caliber .38 SPL na may serial number 63855 at 66903 at siyam (9) na pirasong bala.
Kasalukuyang nasa kostudiya ng Biñan CPS ang arestadong suspek na nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa RA 10591 “Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act” samantala ang mga kumpiskadong ebidensya ay isusumiti sa Crime Laboratory para sa ballistic examination.
Ayon sa pahayag ni PCOL SILVIO “kung kayo ay may mga reklamo wag kayong mag atubili na pumunta sa alin mang himpilan ng Pulisya lalong-lalo na dito sa lalawigan ng Laguna dahil makaka-asa kayo na ang Laguna PNP ay laging handa sa tawag ng tungkulin upang mapanatili ang kapayapaan at kaayusan sa aming nasasakupan. #gtgacana
