QUEZON-Patay ang isang 20-anyos na lalaki matapos na ito ay pagbabarilin ng tatlong salarin sa loob ng kanyang bahay sa Purok Tanglaw, Barera, Brgy. 8, Lucena City nitong Martes ng gabi.
Napatay naman ng mga pulis ang dalawa sa mga suspek matapos na ang mga ito ay makipagbarilan sa isinagawang dranet police operation ng mga miyembro ng Lucena PNP na pinamumunuan ni PLTCOL Ruben Ballera sa superbisyon ni QPPO PD PCOL Ledon Monte sa bayan ng Sariaya.
Base sa report ng Quezon Police Provincial Office, dakong alas 7:30 ng gabi nang pagbabarilin ang biktimang si Michael Joshua Timajo sa loob mismo ng kanyang bahay.
Puwersahang pinasok ng mga salarin na nakilalang sina Michael Gracilla, alyas Bin Laden, 36-anyos; Michael De Chavez alyas Palos, at isang alyas Soya, 33-anyos, ang bahay at malapitang pinagbabaril ang biktima gamit ang kalibre 45 baril.
Dead on the spot ang biktima at hindi na ito naisugod pa sa ospital natapos na ito ay matadtad ng tama ng bala ng baril.
Narekober sa crime scene ang nasa 6 na basyo ng bala sa ginamit na baril.
Agad namang nagsagawa ng dragnet operation ng mga tauhan ng Lucena City PNP at iba pang unit mula sa Quezon Police Provincial Office sa mga tumakas na suspek.
Nasabat ang mga ito dakong ala 1:00 ng madaling araw kanina (Miyerkules) sa Barangay Antipolo sa Bayan na ng Sariaya.
Subalit nanlaban ang mga ito sa mga awtoridad na nagresulta sa pagkasawi nina Gracilla at De Chavez at pagkaaresto ni Alyas Soya.
Inaalam pa ng pulisya kung ano ang motibo ng mga ito sa pamamaril sa biktimang si Timajo.
Napag-alaman din na ang napaslang na suspek na si Bin Laden ay siya ring pangunahing suspek sa isa pang insidente ng pamamaril sa Lucena City noong nakaraang buwan at patuloy pa ang isinasagawang imbestigasyon sa pangyayari. (BONG RIVERA)
