The seal, bearing the signatures of esteemed officials such as the Council for the Welfare of Children Secretary from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Chairperson Rex Gatchalian and Benjamin C. Abalos Jr., the Council for the Welfare of Children Secretary from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), signifies the city’s adherence to comprehensive guidelines ensuring child-friendly policies and practices are firmly integrated into local governance.
