Matteo Guiducelli and other Artist Join the Meadowcrest’s Exciting Backyard Adventure Event

Biñan, Laguna — July 21, 2024 — The vibrant community of Meadowcrest in Biñan, Laguna, came alive with the much-anticipated Meadowcrest Backyard Adventure. Starting at 8:00 am, the event brought together residents and special guests for a day filled with engaging activities, fostering a sense of camaraderie and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The adventure kicked off with the Meadowcrest Obstacle Run, challenging participants with a series of physical tasks designed to test their strength, endurance, and agility. Also the adrenaline-pumping obstacle course, the Pet Run allowed pet owners and their furry companions to join in the fun, enhancing the inclusive atmosphere of the event.

Garden activities provided a more relaxed yet equally engaging experience, where attendees could participate in gardening workshops and appreciate the beauty of Meadowcrest’s lush surroundings.

Jorell Bringas, Brand Marketing Head of Federal Land, Inc., highlighted the essence of the event: “For today’s activities, we have a quick and easy 2-kilometer fun run showcasing the 15-minute neighborhood concept of Meadowcrest and the mobility benefits it can offer to all of our future residents. Meadowcrest is a 48-hectare, multi-use master plan community in Biñan, Laguna that will feature residential enclaves such as the first one which we’re launching next week, Heartwood Village, some commercial spaces, recreational amenities, and lots of green open spaces. Meadowcrest’s proximity to the Santa Rosa-Tagaytay Growth Corridor allows for an elevated lifestyle comparable to those in Metro Manila.”

The event saw the participation of notable personalities, including Matteo Guiducelli, Isabelle Daza, Victor Basa, Kelly Misa, Gretchen Ho, and Bubbles Paraiso. Their presence added a touch of star power and drew significant attention to the event.

Key executives from Federal Land, Inc., including Head of Urban Planning and Design Group Arch. Gilbert Berba, President and Chief Operating Officer Thomas Mirasol, Project Development Group Head Stephen Comia, and Sales Group Head Guita Saenz-Resurreccion, were also in attendance. Their support underscored Federal Land’s commitment to creating vibrant and active communities.
