Authorities successfully arrested a high-profile fugitive identified as alias Rodney, the Number 10 Regional Level Most Wanted Person (MWP) of Police Regional Office 12, during a joint operation in Barangay Poblacion, President Roxas, North Cotabato on August 7, 2025.

Rodney is also listed as the Number 5 Provincial Level MWP and Number 3 Municipal Level MWP of Isulan Municipal Police Station for the third quarter of 2025. The operation was carried out by personnel from the 43rd Special Action Company, 4th Special Action Battalion, in coordination with the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Sultan Kudarat Provincial Field Unit (PFU).

The arrest was made by virtue of a warrant for murder under Criminal Case No. 23-7300-1, issued on March 2, 2024, by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 19, 12th Judicial Region in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat.

CIDG Sultan Kudarat PFU has taken custody of the suspect for documentation and proper legal disposition. Authorities emphasized that the successful operation highlights the strong inter-agency collaboration and unwavering dedication of law enforcement to bring most wanted criminals to justice.
