QUEZON—Pagkatapos ng halos limang araw na hot pursuit operation, sumuko nitong Lunes ng hapon ang 23 anyos na suspek sa pagpaslang sa mag-asawang may-ari ng tindahan sa Barangay Buenavista West,bayan ng Candelaria sa lalawigang nabanggit.
Kinilala ang suspek na si Victor Panes Dinamitas,na nagkusang sumurender sa pamamagitan ng kanyang kapatid kina Candelaria COP PLTCOL Al Loren Bigay at 1st COY Commander PLTCOL Reynaldo Reyes.
Ayon sa suspek ilang araw na siyang patago tago at walang mapuntahan at makain kung kaya naisip nalang niya na sumuko sa mga awtoridad.
Matatandaang inatake at pinagsasaksak ng patalim ng suspek ang biktimang si Bandino Espiritu 59 anyos na agad na namatay habang nagbubukas ng kanilang tindahan dakong 4:45 ng madaling araw nitong nakaraang Oct 9,2025 at pagkatapos ay pinasok nito ang loob ng tindahan at pinagpapalo ng bakal na tubo ang asawa nito na 58 anyos hanggang sa mamatay.
Ayon sa pulisya, posibleng motibo ng krimen ang utang at pagnanakaw pati na ang personal na galit sa magasawang biktima dahil madalas umanong minumura ng magasawa ang suspek sa hindi malamang dahilan kapag napapapunta sa kanilang tindahan.
Matapos maisagawa ang krimen ang krimen,mabilis na tumakas si Dinamitas patungong Lucena City kalaunan ay kusa ng sumuko sa mga awtoridad.
