Nagawa pang isugod sa J.P. Rizal Memorial Hospital ang biktima subalit agad ding binawian ng buhay habang ginagamot,patuloy namang nagpapagaling ang kaniyang musmos na anak.

Ayon sa pulisya, tumatawid ang mag-ina nang bigla silang salpukin ng motorsiklo na minamaneho ni alyas Jayson 27 anyos, at residente ng Brgy. Mamatid, Cabuyao City, Laguna.

Agad ding naaresto ng mga rumespondeng tanod ang suspek na kasalukuyang nakakulong sa Calamba PNP costudial facility na nahaharap sa kasong reckless imfrudence due to homicide.
