LAGUNA — Arestado ang Rank No. 2 Regional Most Wanted Person sa CALABARZON sa isinagawang operayon ng Police Regional Office 4A sa isang farm sa Barangay San Lucas, San Pablo City.
Kinilala ng pulisya ang suspek na si alyas Bobby na nahaharap sa kasong murder.
Inaresto siya sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas ng Regional Trial Court sa Siniloan, Laguna na walang inirekomendang piyansa.
Sa isinagawang preventive search, narekober umano mula sa kanyang pag-iingat ang isang kalibre .45 baril, mga magazine at mga bala.
Nahaharap din ito sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 10591.
Ayon sa Regional Intelligence Division 4A, ang suspek ay sinasabing dating kaanib ng nabuwag na Paz Criminal Group na umano’y sangkot sa mga krimen sa ikatlo at ikaapat na distrito ng Laguna at ilang bayan sa Quezon kabilang ang Tiaong, Candelaria, San Antonio at Sariaya.
Dinala ang naarestong suspek sa San Pablo Component City Police Station habang isinailalim naman sa forensic examination ang mga nakumpiskang ebidensiya at inihahanda na rin pagsasampa ng kaukulang mga kaso.
