CALOOCAN CITY – Isang High-Value Individual (HVI) na kilala sa alyas na “Boss M” ang naaresto sa isinagawang anti-illegal drugs buy-bust operation ng Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) ng Caloocan City Police Station sa Barangay 180, Caloocan City, dakong 11:25 ng umaga noong Agosto 5, 2026.

Ayon sa ulat, ikinasa ng mga operatiba ng SDEU ang operasyon sa pangunguna ni PLT Restie F. Mables, Officer-in-Charge ng SDEU, sa ilalim ng direktang superbisyon ni PCOL Joey T. Goforth, Chief of Police ng Caloocan City Police Station. Isang pulis ang nagpanggap na poseur-buyer na nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto ng suspek.

Nasamsam mula sa suspek ang iba’t ibang uri ng hinihinalang ilegal na droga, kabilang ang:

Isang sachet ng hinihinalang Marijuana Kush na may timbang na 2.22 gramo na nagkakahalaga ng ₱3,108;

Dalawang plastic bag ng hinihinalang Marijuana Kush na may kabuuang timbang na 56.80 gramo at tinatayang halagang ₱79,520;

Isang plastic bag ng hinihinalang marijuana na may timbang na 114.68 gramo at Standard Drug Price (SDP) na ₱13,761.60;

Isang sachet ng hinihinalang shabu na may timbang na 11 gramo at SDP na ₱74,800;

Isang kulay brown na sling bag.


Ayon sa pulisya, ang kabuuang halaga ng mga nakumpiskang hinihinalang ilegal na droga ay umabot sa ₱171,189.60 batay sa Standard Drug Price.

Matapos ang operasyon, ipinaalam sa suspek ang kanyang mga karapatan alinsunod sa batas. Nahaharap siya sa kasong paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11, Article II ng Republic Act No. 9165 o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Sa kabila ng pagkakaaresto, iginiit umano ng suspek na wala siyang kinalaman sa pagbebenta ng ilegal na droga.

Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng SDEU Caloocan ang suspek habang isinasagawa ang karagdagang imbestigasyon at paghahanda ng kaukulang kaso.
