Arestado ang Most Wanted Person Regional Level sa manhunt operation ng Victoria Pulis kahapon Agusto 9, 2023.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel HAROLD P DEPOSITAR, Officer-in-Charge, Laguna PPO ang akusado na si Alyas Jonathan residente ng Victoria, Laguna.
Sa ulat ni PCPT MYRA DESIREE N PASTA, hepe ng Victoria Municipal Police Station nagkasa sila ng manhunt operation ganap na 12:25 ng gabi kahapon Agusto 9, 2023 sa Brgy. Banca banca, Victoria, Laguna na nagresulta sa pagkakadakip ng akusado.
Isinagawa ang nasabing operasyon laban kay alyas Jonathan sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas ng Fourth Region, Regional Trial Court, Branch 8, Calamba City na nilagdaan ni Ave A. Zurbito-Alba, Acting Presideng Judge, nahaharap ang akusado sa kasong Rape (2 counts) nawalang kaukulang piyansa.
Samantala, kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Victoria MPS, agad namang iimpormahan ang korteng pinagmulan ng Warrant of Arrest sa pagkakaaresto ng akusado.
Ayon sa pahayag ni PCOL DEPOSITAR “Bilang pagtalima sa panawagan ng pamunuan ng kagalang-galang na Regional Director PRO CALABARZON, PBGEN CARLITO M GACES at Chief PNP, PGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA JR ay mas palalawakin at palalakasin pa ng Laguna PNP ang mga operasyon laban sa mga wanted persosns, maging sa ibat-ibang uri ng mga kreminalidad. Layunin ng Laguna pulis na agarang mabigyan ng hustisya ang mga nabiktima at mapigilan ang mga kremin na maaring maganap sa buong lalawigan ng Laguna.#gtgilao
