Faith and Reform: Team Calambago Kicks Off Campaign with Mass and Proclamation Rally

Calamba City, Laguna – With the guiding principle of “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God,” Team Calambago, led by Mayor Roseller “Ross” Rizal, began their campaign with a solemn mass at St. John the Baptist Parish, Calamba City, Laguna at 8 AM.

Following the mass, the team proceeded to the “Ramdam na Reporma” Proclamation Rally at the Jose Rizal Coliseum, where thousands of supporters gathered to reaffirm their commitment to continuous reform and progress.

“This is not just a campaign rally—this is the people’s stand,” Mayor Ross Rizal declared.

“I am Mayor Ross Rizal—steadfast in service, with the heart of a hero. Once again, I seek your trust, support, and vote for the 2025 elections. No backing down. No excuses. Straight to service—our fight continues!”

He assured the crowd that the reforms they have felt will not only continue but will be intensified: “More projects, faster services, a more transparent government. This is not just a promise—it is a commitment to proven leadership.”

Joining Mayor Rizal at the event were Vice Mayor Totie Lazaro, the Team Calambago councilors, Congresswoman Cha Hernandez, and Governor Ruth Mariano Hernandez. The candidates serenaded the Calambeños, further energizing the rally.

Over 10,000 people attended the proclamation rally, marking the official start of the local campaign for the 2025 elections. With the overwhelming support from the people of Calamba, Team Calambago reinforced their mission—”True change is not taken back—it is proven.”
