A young talent from Calamba City, Laguna is once again putting the Philippines on the global stage. Nine-year-old Mykha Mendoza is set to bring home pride and honor after showcasing her exceptional skills in an international music and performing arts competition held in Bangkok, Thailand.


The prestigious event took place on May 2, 2026, at the CP All Academy Auditorium, featuring participants from various countries competing in music and dance categories. The competition is supported by the London College of Music Examinations (LCME) under the University of West London, making it a globally recognized platform for young performers.


Representing from Barangay 3, Calamba City, Mendoza impressed judges and audiences alike with her remarkable talent, discipline, and stage presence at such a young age. Her participation highlights not only her personal dedication but also the growing excellence of Filipino youth in the performing arts.


The international exposure provides a valuable opportunity for young artists like Mendoza to hone their craft, gain confidence, and represent the Philippines in a highly competitive global arena.
