QUEZON — Arestado ang apat na katao matapos ireklamo ng umano’y panloloko at ilegal na pagsasagawa ng serbisyong medikal sa bayan ng Candelaria.
Ayon sa pulisya, nagpanggap umanong doktor ang pangunahing suspek at nagsagawa pa ng tuli o circumcision sa apat na menor de edad sa Sitio Wisak, Brgy. Bukal Sur nitong Huwebes, Mayo 7.
Nagpakilala rin umano ang suspek bilang presidente ng isang organisasyon na may pangalang Quezon 1 Physical Therapy Charity Program AaZ Center, habang ang tatlo nitong kasamahan ay tumayong assistants at nangolekta ng membership fee mula sa mga residente.
Kinilala ang pangunahing suspek na si alyas Jhon 29-anyos na bisexual na physical therapist at residente ng Brgy. Lutucan 1, Sariaya.
Kasama nitong naaresto ang isang 20-anyos na dalaga na si alyas Vanessa na residente ng Brgy. Cotta, Lucena City;
isang alyas Jayson,40 anyos isa ring bisexual, na taga Brgy. Gulang-Gulang, Lucena City at isang alyas Ryan,35,driver at residente ng Brgy.Cotta, Luce City.
Base sa imbestigasyon, umabot umano sa mahigit 108,000 pesos ang perang nakuha ng grupo mula sa ilang biktima sa iba’t ibang pagkakataon.
Nang matuklasan ng mga residente na wala palang lehitimong operasyon ang grupo, agad silang humingi ng tulong sa pulisya na nagsagawa ng police operation at nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto ng mga suspek.
Nahaharap ang mga suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Medical Act of 1959 o illegal practice of medicine at swindling o estafa.
Nasa kustodiya ng pulisya ang mga suspek habang habang inihahanda ang patung patong na kaso na kanilang kakaharapin sa husgado.
