Kinilala ni Police Colonel Baccay ang akusado na si GINA ATIBAGOS y TUMAYAO, 51-taong gulang at naninirahan sa Taytay, Rizal.
Base sa ulat, nagsagawa ng operasyon ang pinagsanib na pwersa ng PIU (Lead Unit), Morong MPS, Taytay MPS, RIT Rizal at RID PRO4A dakong 9:00 PM August 9, 2023 ang akusado sa bisa ng tatlong (3) warrant of arrest para sa kasong Qualified Trafficking na walang nirerekomendang piyansa ay matagumpay na naaresto sa TNPMFTODA, Brgy. San Juan, Taytay, Rizal.
Ayon din sa imbestigasyong nakalap, ang naging biktima ay kaniya mismong anak na menor de edad kung saan di umano ang akusado ay ginagamit ang biktima sa prostitution, pornography at sexual exploitation.
Gayundin, pinaalalahanan naman ang akusado ng kanyang karapatan at kasalukuyang nakapiit sa Morong Custodial Facility para sa tamang disposisyon at dokumentasyon.
Ani PCOL BACCAY, ang pagkakahuli sa akusado ay isa sa mga gampanin ng kapulisan na paigtingin ang laban sa anumang illegal na aktibidad at nagtatago sa batas. Isa rin sa direktiba ng Regional Director PRO 4A PBGEN GACES ang pagpapalawig ng kaayusan sa buong rehiyon at mailayo sa anumang kriminalidad at maihatid sa batas ang mga wanted persons partikular sa pagsasagawa ng “Honest and Law Enforcement Operations” na isa sa mga agenda ng hepe ng pambansang pulisya na si PGEN BENJAMIN C ACORDA JR.
