Kinilala ni Batangas Police Provincial Office Provincial Director Police Colonel Samson B Belmonte ang akusado bilang si Jimmy Paglinawan y Vallanta, 50 taong gulang, may asawa, laborer, tubong Occidental Mindoro at kasalukuyang naninirahan sa, Trece Martires City, Cavite.
Naaresto ang akusado sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest na inilabas ng Regional Trial Court, Branch 4, Batangas City na may petsang Nobyembre 18, 2021 para sa kasong Rape.
Ginahasa ni Paglinawan ang biktima noong 11:00 ng umaga ng Agosto 5, 2020 sa Bauan, Batangas. Ang akusado ay kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Bauan Municipal Police Station.
