Arestado ang tatlong (2) suspek sa ikinasang drug buy-bust operation ng Cabuyao City Police Station, kung saan ay nasabat ang 408K halaga ng shabu kahapon, Oktubre 11, 2023.
Kinilala ni Police Colonel HAROLD P DEPOSITAR, Officer-in-Charge, Laguna PPO ang mga suspek na sila Alyas Camalodin (HVI) residente ng Sta. Rosa City Laguna, Alyas Geraldo (HVI) residente ng Calamba City, Laguna at Alyas Hermienihilda (SLI) residente ng Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.
Sa ulat ni PLTCOL JOHN ERIC B ANTONIO, hepe ng Cabuyao City Police Station, nagkasa ang kanilang mga operatiba ng drug buy-bust operation kasama ang PIU, Laguna PPO kahapon, Oktubre 11, 2023, sa ganap na 6:24 ng hapon sa Brgy. Sala, Cabuyao City, Laguna na nagresulta sa pagkaaresto ng mga suspek matapos magbenta ng hinihinalang iligal na droga sa pulis na nagpanggap bilang poseur buyer kapalit ang buy-bust money.
Sa isinagawang preventive search, nakumpiska sa mga suspek ang walong ( 8 )
pirasong plastic sachet na naglalaman ng hinihinalang iligal na droga na may timbang na aabot sa 60.00 gramo na may tinatayang halaga na PhP408,000.00, isang (1) pirasong five hundred peso bill (PhP500.00) ginamit na buy-bust, at isang Cellular Phone.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Cabuyao CPS ang mga arestadong suspek na nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa RA 9165 o “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002.” Samantala, ang mga kumpiskadong ebidensya ay isusumiti sa Regional Forensic Unit (RFU-4A) para sa forensic examination.
Ayon sa pahayag ni PCOL DEPOSITAR, “Ang pagkasawata sa mga drug personalities na mga ito ay bunga ng walang pagod na pagtatrabaho ng ating mga kapulisan sa Laguna. Hindi namin hahayaan na wasakin ang buhay ng ating mga kababayan sa pamamagitan ng iligal na droga, tinitiyak namin sa ating mga kababayan na mananagot sa batas ang mga taong ito.” #gtgilao
