Sa ulat ni PLTCOL MILANY E MARTIREZ, hepe ng Calamba CPS, noong Oktubre 13, 2023 sa ganap na 1:40 ng hapon sa Brgy. Palingon, Calamba City, Laguna inihain ng kanilang personnel ang warrant of arrest laban kay alyas Raffy na nagresulta sa pagkaaresto nito sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas ng Regional Trial Court, Fourth Judicial Region Br. 8, Calamba City, Laguna na nilagdaan ni Hon. Ave A Zurbito-Alba, Acting Presiding Judge ng nasabing korte.
Nahaharap ang akusado sa kasong RA 7610 o “Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act” (4 counts).
Samantala, ang arestadong akusado ay kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Calamba CPS. Agad namang inimpormahan ang korteng pinagmulan ng Warrant of Arrest sa pagkakaaresto ng akusado.
Ayon sa pahayag ni PCOL DEPOSITAR, “Walang puwang sa Laguna ang mga wanted persons, kaya naman pinalawak pa at mas pinalakas ng Laguna PNP ang mga operasyon laban sa mga nagtatago sa batas na nagreresulta sa agarang pagkaaresto ng mga akusado.” #gtgilao
