Subalit hindi nakinig ang mga ito na naging dahilan ng kanilang pagkakaaresto.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Pila MPS ang mga suspek habang inihahanda ang mga kaukulang dokumento para sa reklamo laban sa kanila na paglabag sa Sec. 261 of the Omnibus Election Code (Liquor Ban) at Disobedience to person in authority.
