Kinilala ang nahuling suspek na si Alyas Bryan, 41-taong gulang at nakatira sa Brgy. Inarawan Antipolo, City.
Base sa impormasyong nakalap, nagresulta ang pagkakaaresto kay Alyas Bryan matapos masangkot ito sa isang road crash incident sa nasabing lugar nang aksidenteng mabangga nito ang isa pang sasakyan na nakaparada sa gilid ng kalsada dahilan upang ang biktimang si Alyas Michael na nagmamayari ng nabanggang sasakyan sa tulong na rin ng concerned citizen ay makahingi ng police assitance sa mga nagpapatrolyang pulis.
Gayundin sa pagtatanong ng rumispondeng pulis sa drivers license ng suspek ay positibong nakita rito ang isang kalibre ng baril nang buksan niya ang kanyang body bag.
Narekober mula sa nasabing suspek ang isang caliber 38 revolver at mga bala. Dahil sa bigong makapagpakita ng kaukulang dokumento sa hawak na baril ay agad naman itong dinala sa himpilan ng pulisya para sa kaukulang disposisyon.
Mahaharap sa mga reklamong Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Damage to Property at R.A 10591 or Firearms Law in relation to Omnibus Election Code ang suspek na kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Baras Municipal Police Station Custodial Facility.
